WMO OF SOUTH INDIA CHAPTER

With great pleasure we inform all our Memon Brothers & Sisters about the inauguration of WMO

South India chapter on 4th March 2017,  8pm  at My Forture Hotel ,Bengaluru.

18 Memon Jammats from South India attended the function.

 

Our Jamaat Madras Halai Memon Association also attended the function.

The inauguration took place successfully by the host Memon Jamaat Association Bangalore.

Elevated as Trustee and Vice President of WMO Chapter( South India).

We Convey our Heartly congratulations and best wishes to Janab Abdul Azeez H.E in his future endevours

for the betterment of our Memon Fraternity.

Madras Halai Memon Association consist of those people who were the residents of  Gujarat suburbs before partition, and after Independence, migrated to all parts of the World.

After migration, the elders of the community in Chennai met for the sake of community’s unity, welfare and to resolve their social issues by mutual consent and consensus they formed an organization in 1961  by the name of “Madras Halai Memon Association” on 12th August 1961 vide old Registration No:II.137-2864-12-8-61 and it was given a legal status  underCertificate of Registration of Societies at ACT XXI  of 1860. S.no. 238 of 1968  in Chennai Tamil Nadu India. 

since then MHMA is working for the welfare and prosperity of the Madras Halai Memon Community.

Because of sincerity, generosity and selfless efforts of our (late) elders. We pray tribute to them and pray to “ALLAH” for their “MAGHFIRAT” . 

Madras Halai Memon Association (MHMA), a non-profit social welfare organization that represents memons who basically belong to "CHENNAI",

 MHMA is the prominent welfare organization of memon community, having more than 500 members is serving the Madras Halai memon community since last 54 years.

Its valuable services especially in Education, Health and Social Sector are widely acknowledged and appreciated by the "All India  Memon Jamaat  Federation", "World Memon Organization" and also at Government level.
